We provide a safe and non-judgemental space to get to know you as an individual so that together, we can arm you with the nutrition knowledge and skills necessary to move you towards your own health goals. We work with our clients to break diet cycling i.e. the cycle of weight loss that involves increased hunger, extreme fatigue and being deprived of foods you enjoy, which leads to overconsumption, weight gain and feelings of guilt that spark another frustrating weight loss journey.
