Welcome
As our name would suggest, we're real people who happen to be Dietitians.
We’re all about real food. Whether that be potatoes, chocolate, tuna, bread, broccoli, or "insert your favourite food here" the answer is YES! Yes, you can eat it and yes, all foods, can be incorporated into a healthy eating pattern that supports your unique health goals. Here at The Realeatitian, we work with you to develop positive and sustainable relationships with food and your body. We provide a safe and non-judgemental space to get to know you as an individual so that together, we can arm you with the nutrition knowledge and skills necessary to move you towards your own health goals. We'll help you sort fact from fiction, create nutrition strategies that are tailored specifically to your lifestyle and offer expert advice in instances where you're feeling unsure.
Ultimately, we want to give you the skillset to feel more energised, happier, healthier and fulfilled in your daily life.

Lets break diet
cycling!
We work with our clients to break diet cycling i.e. the cycle of weight loss that involves increased hunger, extreme fatigue and being deprived of foods you enjoy, which leads to overconsumption, weight gain and feelings of guilt that spark another frustrating weight loss journey.
How we do it:
-
Educate you on the science of eating and weight management
-
Simplify the weight loss process
-
We won't take away the foods you love (Eating should always be enjoyable!)
-
Help you feel more at home in your body and in tune with your hunger cues
-
Individualised strategies, NO one size fits all approach
